Is smoking THC after having a coronary stent system (paclitaxel-eluting) bad for!

Question:

Is smoking THC after having a coronary stent system (paclitaxel-eluting) bad for you ?

Answers:

cigarette's after a stent'll cause relapse (sooner rather than later!), there really haven't been any studies that I can find on THC.
The good thing is - there are plenty of studies going on in the field on medical marijuana, this means it has also been paired with coronary stents.
I found a few research articles connecting the two. Usually it is the wire-meshed stents that have caused pain necessitating medical marijuana usage, but there were a few drug coated stents also. There did not seem to be any issues, this was a short term small study, so not much stock should be put into it.
The have connected marijuana to respiratory issues (In very long term use cases)
But it has none of the carcinogens of cigarettes.
I know that's not a definitive answer, but I hope it helps in your decision a little.
Mind altering drugs should always be used cautiously when other drugs are in play. Don't drive, use machinery, and have someone near you should you choose to smoke until you know the effects! =)
