Girls do you know how to Regulate Periods!!!!?!

Question:

Girls do you know how to Regulate Periods!!!!?

Does anyone know how I can regulate my periods without using Provera, Birth Control or any other kind of pill....I mean is there a healthy way, maybe with Natural health products??? Someone Please help....I had a breast reduction surgery, and all the pills I've been given I know that they increase your weight, they have a lot of side effects, and I really dont want to gain weight, otherwise my breasts will grow again.....

I also don't wanna take any strong medicine, cause I have gastritis, and I know that too many pills are not good....

Someone please tell me of a Natural health product, proven to be 100% natural....Something you tried and it regulated your periods...

Only serious answers Please.......Don't make any obscene remarks!

Thanks in advance!!

I had success regulating my periods by taking the herb Vitex (also known as Chastetree). A naturopath recommended it, and for me it helped immensely, though I know some others who tried it and didn't find it as good for them (I've studied natural medicine for 2 years, so there were a number of girls at the college to compare experiences with). My periods were previously very long and very painful - the Vitex helped them reduce in length (from 10 days to about 5) and strength, which in turn stopped the horrendous cramps I had always experienced the first few days.

Something else I've also tried (in the name of supporting the student clinic at my college!) was homoeopathy. Initially, it threw my cycle right out, so I no longer knew when to expect my period, so it was obviously having an effect on my hormones (and my other systems too - I was quite surprised at how quickly you experience a reaction to homoeopathy pillules), but by the time the course of homoeopathy was over it was all good again. So that may be another route to explore (especially if you find the taste of Vitex difficult to put up with) as a way to help your hormones sort themselves out.
