I have pills with the imprint West Ward 292, what are they?

You just got this pill called Methocarbamol, its a white pill thats made by the company called West Ward. It helps relieve pain and release muscle tension. It causes drowsiness and obviously you shouldn't take it if you're breastfeeding, pregnant, or have consumed alcohol within the last 24 hours. And also, do NOT take it without seeing your physician. I'm guessing you randomly found these in your medicine cabinet, but you forgot or someone else used them and they just didn't finish them. Hope this helps.
