Is 5-HTP (Hydroxy-L-trytophan) available in a chewable tablet or liquid formula? If so, what brand sells it?
I'm not able to swallow capsules, tablets, or pills of any form. I purchased 5-HTP with St John Wort two days ago in capsule form. I've been having to remove the contents from the capsule to take it and it is so gross. A chewable or liquid would be so much better. 5-HTP has been helping me alot so far with my mood and my cravings. I would love to continue to take this supplement in a form thats convenient me.

I have them is very small form. Its hard to believe someone could not swallow them. Smaller than an M&M .
