Natural Help With Asthma and Allergies?
I do not take any medication but have seasonal allergies and asthma. Any advice for natural remedies? Any homeopathics, naturopaths or experienced out there?

I'm no expert and don't know about the asthma, but I've read that taking a Tb a day of local, uncooked and untreated honey will help. The key is LOCAL, so it likely has the allergens you are sensitive to in it and uncooked and untreated, so it has all it's natural properties. Try to find it at health food stores or better yet, if you can find a local beekeeper. I know a gentleman in the next town that keeps bees and that's where I get my honey, I make a special trip down once a year.
