Has anyone tried biofeedback software?!


Question:

Has anyone tried biofeedback software?

I'm wondering if biofeedback can be done on one's own to any great effect. This would be for encouraging calmness and focus, and for noticing what things throw those off. I particularly imagined some kind of wearable item that would at least tell you your pulse and maybe body temperature. I know for a fact that there is some software out there but don't know if it's accurate/useful.

I'd imagine like meditation it's only useful if practiced regularly.

Anyone have any opinions/advice?

I have not use any bio-feedback software but have done a bio-feedback session.
