Are ear plugs safe?

Yes they are safe. I've worn them for years when I worked and you can really tell the difference if your in a factory and you don't have them in. They are for your own protection and will decrease your noise level which can also keep your stress level down. I have even wore them in my sleep when my husband would snore up a storm! lol
