There seems to be quite a few misinformed people out here. Its more than just regulation of vitamins and other suppliments. If you read the entire codex document you will find it confusing and hard to follow. Exactly they way they wrote it so its hard to understand. Understand this. They are taking your rights to choose what kind of health care you want.

I do not do doctors. I was in the Army. I served in Bosnia as a medic. I have not been to a doctor since I parted with the army in 1988. I left on good terms and have VA benefits. But our medicine is stupid medicine.
I have had medical problems and I go to Golden Temple. GT is a local health food store with a holistic medicine practitioner that is happy to address any questions. Most at no charge and will suggest herbal remedies.
What would I do without this? I do not know. I have been using that for all of my nutritional, emotional, physical, and psychological needs for almost 20 years.
