Bulging Disc?!

Question:

Bulging Disc?

Ok so i have this bulging disc in my lower back which is causing pain on my left leg. Its been like this for two months. I went to a couple of Chiropractors and one Orthopedic. I did all kinds of therapy but it doesnt even work. Does anyone know what the best cure is for this crazy illness I have?

Answers:

Stick with chiropractic for now, find a highly recommended one in your area, don't just search the yellow pages, or stick to your health insurance book, find someone your friends of coworkers recommend, and one who most importantly has gotten results. Some specific chiropractic techniques that have very high success rates in correcting disc problems are Cox Flexion-Distraction and Reinert Specific Diversified

Remember that your bulging disc didn't just happen overnight, it's been working towards it for [insert your age here] years. In some severe cases surgery is recommended, but keep in mind that disc surgery is less than 50% effective.

It's also possible your leg pain may not be related to the disc and is instead only muscular(unlikely but possible). But spondylosis is unlikely as well (I'm not sure where the statistic of "90% of backaches come from spondylosis") that was noted on another answer, but I can assure you it is utterly false. Keep with the therapy, and avoid doing things that make it worse (bending forward and turning at the same time especially). Best of luck.
