I DO NOT KNOW THE MERIDION POINTS PLEASE TELL ME THE POINTS ON THE HAND FOR EXAMPLE BETWEEN THUMB AND FORE FINGER OR MIDDLE OF THE PALM ETC

I don't know too much about Meridian points. One doctor I went to bypassed that technique for me and went with the Bio-Rythm technique. What about the pressure points with the foot? Think that might work?
