What herbs will put you in a better mood?

Some days, I just get in a depressed mood & I'm looking for something that I can take to help it. It's not every day, just once in awhile, so I do not want to be on meds.

What are some herbs (&, where can I get them) that will put you in a better mood/lift depression ?
