I think it's call 'quasar' or something like this.I remember there was a film whereby the Chinese grandfather carry out this procedure on his American grandchild and was accuse of physical abuse.What's the name of this movie?
How does the procedure work? Anyone try this before?

I would call it an assault weapon.
And I would call the police and have that person arrested.
The name of the movie was Deep Throat, I think.
