What is a good book that discusses what to buy at a Health Food Store?

I am new at the health food market and am going to check out the book that was suggested below for myself also. I wanted to write though to let you know I found a couple of books made by the health food store itself that offered tips and lots of information on how to choose products and what their main uses were.
You may be able to find something similar at your health food store. I went in with a list of things that my father's doctor recommended and I had never heard of more than half of them. I found the people to be very helpful and friendly. And like I said, in the different sections there was books that provided information - the most helpful was in the veggies section. They also have an encyclopedia of herbs and remedies that I was able to reference right there.
Someone in an earlier question I read also recommended a book called Back to Eden to get good descriptions on herbs and other natural products (I ordered if from Amazon but I haven't seen it yet so I can't vouch for it).
