Though alcohol is more risky for you. (Okay weed is leagal in some countries.. but..)

Good question. I am a nurse, and I think that marijuana can be good in many circumstances, and bad in others...Too much of ANYTHING is bad for you. If you cannot get a grip on your usage and it controls your life, then there is a problem, buuuuut, if done for the right reasons, then I am all for legalizing it. It is true that violent crimes have rarely been due to marijuana while the other substances out there including alcohol factor into many, many violent crimes. I live in California and they have medicinal dispensaries here for users with a doctor's referral, and I think it is fantastic, as it could show the non believers that it really is a calming, mellow necessity to some.
