Does meditation really improve focus, concentration, and general well-being?


Answers:

It depends on an individual. Some may find that it helps in seeing immediate results, some don't and some may never develop any form of concentration in their practices because of certain hindrances that the mind poses.

The best way to benefit out of it is to self assess one's own strength and weaknesses and choose the 'best' method that suit one's mental condition (object of meditation) before starting meditation. Improvement in focus, concentration and general well-being are followed by continuous practice and uninterrupted period of time.
