How much does an Acupuntcurist or Doctor of Oriental Medicine cost in Japan?

Here in the US, the services of a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (OMD) cost about $70 dollars for both acupuncture and herbs, in a single visit. How much does comparable service cost in Japan? Most companies providing insurance for foreigners living in Japan do not cover acupuncture, so I am interested in the raw cost before insurance.
