Liver and coffee enams?
I've asked this before and not got any real answer.
My ALT/SGPT is 108 My AST/SGOT is 108 almost 3 times what it should be.My triglycerides are 408 also 3 times more that it should be. My doctor wants to check it one more time before they "open be up". I don't want that. I under stand that my gall bladder has a lot of bile, what ever that is, to much.
Question Do coffee enams help ? I can't see how it could hurt ?

Absolutely a coffee enema would help cleanse your liver, follow some good instructions on how to do one. Just about all of us should do one, but it's not very enticing. You should also do a gallbladder cleanse, you can find one online, I know hulda clark, I think that's her name has one, but she's hardcore. If you do a gallbladder cleanse give yourself a break between the cleanses, the gallbladder cleanse is best done on a weekend when you can stay close to the bathroom for the day. If I remember right, the coffee enema doesn't last quite as long as far as ongoing trips to the pot! If more people would do these cleanses, we could prevent a lot of gallbladders being taken out.
