Any good headache cures without taking paracetamol?

Hey I've had this headache for a few days now and I'm sure it's cos I've just been really upset lately but I've been drinking loads of water and trying to cheer up. Really dont want to take tablets cos I'm not a big fan of them! Any1 got any good tips?

oh i was going to say loadsa water and fruit juices to stop dehydration but u seem awfully down :( whats up oh nooo :( i think whatever this is, is draging u down and u need to feel refreashed but how? whats upsetting u? awww :( i wish i could help x
