Hi one a day should be enough unless you have done strenuous exercise or have been drinking alcohol if you still feel run down dont hesitate to have more , vitamin b is a water soluble vitamin so its is easily used up by the body but remember there are more different vitamins try a good multi vitamin once a day as well for the extra vitamins berocca dosnt have , cheers
