Hey there, I've just finished answering your previous question regarding acid reflux.............. This question you have just posted only serves to confirm that my diagnosis is spot on. The nausea you are now experiencing is due to a deficiency in vitamin B12 and probably a few other of the B complex of vitamins. Do you also have constipation, headaches and migraines, irritability, insomnia, moodiness, gassiness, belching at night when trying to sleep???
