Have you tried Fasting?
Has anyone tried supervised fasting to detox, cleanse and lose weight? How was your experience?
Answers:
I detoxed for 10 days once. It is best to drink vegetable soups etc instead of being completely food free. However even though I did lose weight, I just put it back on again so I think a healthy diet is the best way to losing weight and keeping active. The other thing is the human body is actually highly efficiant at detoxing anyway so we don't really need to to anything more than eat fresh foods to maintain good health. But it's your choice, it's an interesting experience, but I don't think it really helps your health at all and since I put all the weight back on then it was kind of pointless.
