shes my best friend but shes been acting wierd lately and one of her friends told me she was on drugs

May I suggest that you find out if your friend is indeed on drugs before you suggest getting help? Don't just go by what someone else told you. Find out yourself then base your actions on your findings. If you do find out that she's using drugs try to see why it started. Most drug use begins because something was to hard. Dont just give up on her because she may refuse. If she's really your friend your gonna do whatever it takes too see to it that she is okay.
