Is there anyway to get that psychedelic effect without drugs? Like does oxygen give you that sort of sensation? Or like something else preffereably legal

Try rubbing your eyes for a long time. I've heard, if you do that, then close your eyes, you'll see bright 'blasts' of multiple colors.
P.S. If you work at a job where 02 is available, be careful who you let see you using it. Although it is relatively harmless for a healthy person, it is considered a prescribed treatment. Using it without an order is considered stealing.
