Just a theory I have.. would it make a new drug mushroom?

Its funny you mention all of this because all of this has to do with speculations of Andrew Shulgin's work. The theory behind what your asking is not in the spores themselves, but rather in the medium.
For example, a pile of cow dung loaded with 5-MeO-DMT could possibly produce a species of mushrooms containing 4,5-HO-MeO-DMT (five-hydroxy-methoxy-dimethyl... This is a psychoactive compound.
You really ought to look into Dr. Shulgin's books. He writes two fantastic reads about phenethylamines and tryptamines. In fact, my father and brother actually USE those two works for the step-by-step synthesis process of his chemicals.
