Dida tablets?!

Question:

Dida tablets?

has anyone tried these and found them a success? They are supposedly excellent for candida sufferers (a yeast that grows in the stomach which also causes thrush). apparenlty cadida in the stomach can cause bloatedness. People who have taken long courses of anti biotics throughout their lives suffer with it. I suffered with tonsilitis most of my young age and im always bloated.

just interested to see if it worked for people before I go and spend £20 on it.

Thanks

Hi there
Dida is an excellent product..and yes, bloating can be a cause of Candida. However, before you spend £20 ask yourself what other symptoms do I have!?
Don't dismiss a food sensitivity...the two most common ones being wheat/gluten and cow's dairy.

I would start off with a really good gut bacteria like Quest Acidopholus (wheat/gluten/dairy free) costs around £14
but worth every penny. This you need whether its a sensitivty or candida.
Next I would keep a food diary and cut out, first wheat ( in all its forms) After a minimum of three days ( ideally 7days) you will start to feel better and the bloating will begin to go and energy levels improve) Then go wheat and gluten free. Give it minimum 3 days. If no improvement...cut out cow's dairy ( you maybe lactose intolerant) Try soya/rice dream/oat milk as subsitute. Be patient. If no improvement....then the likely hood is, you may be a candida sufferer. If it is, DIDA will only reduce symptoms for a while if you don't make the diet changes i.e avoiding food that feed Candida. Suger, bread (yeast) and simple carbs( proceed food like white pasta, rice, bread e.t.c) which turn quickly to 'sugar' in the gut. Hope this helps.
