Yep, and by referring to high I'm assumming you mean the enema bag was hanging high which would increase the flow of the water because of gravity. @ home I raise it about 3-4 feet above insertion.
I have also had a professional hydrotherapist do the job also.
My recommendation would have to be backed up with your medical history. I cannot suggest one for you and don't know your circumstances. Going to the therapist they give or disapprove of one according to your health.
