Pill alternative?
i just got done with a consultation with metabolic. they recommended a pill called mrc 6 that is suppose to metabolize up to 900 times its weight in fat, double your loss in fat inches, and pull and burn fat from stubborn places. i had others that went to the same program tell me it works like a charm. however, i don't feel like spending as much as they want for it per month. does anyone know of anything over the counter that has the same effect? please let me know! thanks!

Drink lots of caffeinated coffee and water.
Most importantly, don't stop moving during the day.
