Has anyone used a brain supplement called Constant Focus, does it really work?!

Question:

Has anyone used a brain supplement called Constant Focus, does it really work?

Answers:

just like pills that claim to increase your height, there is nothing you can take to help you focus or concentrate although you can become disoriented and suffer loss in IQ points if you do not eat a proper diet; strange and out-dated as it may seem, (deep sea & wild-caught) fish and (boiled or not-oil-cooked like cooked in hot sand) peanuts are good brain foods, they contain essential nutrients that support brain activity; if you have trouble focusing, perhaps you should examine your study/reading habits, chances are you have the wrong set of habits; never rely on "quick fixes", not only do they NOT WORK, they can be dangerous;
