I am searching for a Doctor in Mississippi and need to find where he is today .?

How can I find my friend ,I know he is still in Mississippi Practicing,but The state is large and I need a shortcut to find him without going through every little Town Phone IDirectory.Please tell me simple way to find him,thank you!He will not be listed in the phone dir .anyway.
