Everyone, does male enhancement pills really work?
Even if I find pills that have good recommendations from users , do they actually work?? -or reading these testimonies are just a marketing scheme? I need help.

Depends on what you mean by "enhancement".
No herb is going to make the little fella any bigger than he already is.
There are herbs that will increase libido and/or delay climax, but if you are silly enough to buy the "enhancement" pills sold on TV there is so little of each ingredient that you might as well be taking nothing at all.
Search the net for individual herbs that might work. Puncture vine, horny goat-weed (go figure), damiana, saw palmetto and yohimbe (where legal) all have good reputations and some science to back up the claims.
Research before trying though, and pay attention to toxicity, interactions and side effects (for instance puncture vine increases testosterone levels, which increased the libido--but ALSO increases aggression and the potential for prostate problems)
