Has anyone ever had experianc with Suboxone.Subutex.Buprenor... & how did you come off it?

I have been taking Subtex for the last 2 years, i am now on 12mg, is it possible that if i reduce slowly i wont get too many harsh withdrawal symptoms, anyone with experiance please help, thanks.
