FDA Regulators Using Legal Trickery to Kill Alternative Procedures and Products
The FDA is using legal maneuvering to end your access to natural health products (like vitamins, minerals and herbs) and natural health therapies of all sorts. Again. This time, their ploy is to declare the therapies are "Medicine" so any non-physician who uses them will be practicing medicine without a license. Since these practices are "Medicine", any products used would be untested drugs and therefore forbidden.

what moonshine and silly willy and some others do not understand is that ALL alternative modalities will as illegal has heroin. You get caught with vitamin C or Saw Palmetto for example and you will hauled off to jail as if you had cocain and subjected to the same penelties under this new law they propose. They are already attacking aroma therapists, jailing and or fining them. AROMA THERAPISTS! Who's next LMT's? Big Pharma, the same idiots who clog the TV with commercials about all the drugs you should be taking want to force those of us who DO NOT WANT drugs to take them. People don't have free choice of medical care. It's what you can afford and what your employer provides which is getting more and more expensive with less choices. Herbal medicine is great until you are sick then you need to see a real doctor known as an MD. If these so -called holistic practitioners wouldn't make so many bogus claims of cures for incurable illnesses, I would be all for them. Herbs are not regulated. Buyer beware. Perhaps the FDA needs to step in to help those that have misused these herbs causing complications and even death. Thanks for posting this.
