What is the best way to put yourself to sleep ?!

What is the best way to put yourself to sleep ?

I have to start work this monday and i have been sleeping in the moring and waking up in the evening.What are the best remedies to get sleepy so I get enough sleep for work? Some say by going to work with a couple of hours of sleep will make you feel so tired that you will start sleeping early again.How do I start making myself the morning person?


Answers:

A warm bath with lavender in the water.Works every time for me.I work nights and this is the only way I can relax some mornings when the sun is really bright.Also try to make it to bed by 11pm every night,Once you get into a new routine it will be a piece of cake.
