Pain behind my ear when i laugh doc says SPASM BEHIND EAR??
Hi I get this pain behind my ear when i laugh for more than a few minutes at a time they hurt so bad, that i have to stop laughing, can this be related to the pressure in my ears, my ear doc says its a spasm? I had no idea you can get a spasm behind your ear? anyway had this happen?

I've never had it happen, but you do in fact have muscles covering your entire skull. They're extremely thin so you probably can't really tell but where there's a muscle there's the possibility of a muscle spasm. I've personally never heard of it before but your Doc is the expert.
You can always get a second opinion from another doctor, but it's probably exactly what your doctor said it was.
