Question:
What should I do while battling a head cold?
I just caught it yesterday, and don't want to visit the doctor's office. Although I do have my chicken soup, green tea (running low on honey) and bananas. Plenty of bed rest. Am I missing something here?

Answers:
Drink lots of liquid and get some rest otherwise you are doing fine. If you are congested use Sudafed and for a runny nose use Benadryl aka diphenhydramine or Claritin aka loratidine.
