what does it mean when outside yourhouse there are 6 peppers(long green ones) tied with black string inside of a lemon....ive seen em there for like the last 2 years. I always throw it away but idk why they kep coming back...CAN SOME1 HELP ME PLEASEEEE!!!!!!
