I'm sick...???!

I'm sick...???

This is gross, but I woke up and felt like throwing up this morning but when I tried, I couldn't. I've felt the same way ever since. I've tried drinking herbal tea with honey, but it still isn't making me feel better. Any ideas?

A deficiency in B12 vitamin will produce symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Other symptoms you may have are fatigue and exhaustion, headaches and migraines, depression, irritability, inability to concentrate, dizziness, moodiness, heart palpitations and even chest pains!! Not very nice indeed.

Go get yourself a multivitamin of good quality with all the B vitamins contained in it - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 - and increase your intake of foods rich in B12 - yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

Don't buy the B vitamins individually as they work best as a group (synergistically).

Recommended daily for adults is 2mcg. Most likely you have been under added stress lately??? In stressfull situations we need to increase our intake of the B Vitamin Complex. As it is a water soluble group of vitamins, the body can neither produce or store it. So if you take more than the body needs it will simply be excreted in your urine.

Don't buy synthetic vitamins, as they are notoriously hard to digest. Expect to pay around $30.00 AUD for about a months supply.

I know that it can be scary indeed if you are not aware that you only have a vitamin deficiency because these symptoms are very real. It's just your body telling you to feed it properly that's all!!.................:0)
