How often do you treat w/ yogurt for BV?
I've heard of a home remedy for BV that if you insert plain yogurt "there" it will clear up infection. (Along w/ taking folic acid supplements) Well, I was wondering how long u have to treat w/ yogurt?? How many times??

you might want to try an OTC cream first. if it doesnt clear up- see a doctor.
as for the yogurt- PLAIN on a Tampon (just dip it in) and insert. sounds gross i know. but apparently it helps! and you dont have to do it everyday. just when you feel it coming on. try eating yogurt once a day or once everyother day.
