Is there anything I can eat or take(remedies/vitamins) to improve my body's natu!

Question:

Is there anything I can eat or take(remedies/vitamins) to improve my body's natural steroids?

I recently took myself off Prednisone, this is my second day without it. I was on it for a little over a month but I was feeling awful. I was having several side effects from it- anxiety, depression, nervousness, increased appetite, difficulty sleeping, nausea and acne. I was down to 2 pills a day for the last three weeks but the side effects seemed to be worse than when I first started taking it, which was 7 then. I've been told you can't just stop it after taking it for awhile but I do feel a litte bit better already and I actually slept good last night! Now I'm paranoid about what might happen after a few days of not taking it and what the serious side effects might be. The worse thing is my doctor is on vacation right now but he does come back soon. I have an appointment to see him on April 12th. I know to watch for signs of low steriod levels: unusual weakness, sudden weight loss, vomiting, fainting, or severe dizziness but is there anything I can eat or take to keep it up?

Answers:

i have stumbled across the perfect natural remedy...it is called himalayan goji juice. go to csmarch.freelife.com and read all about it. please, please don't go to a health store and ask for goji---it isn't the same. companies reproduce everything so the offbeat goji's are synthetic. himalayan goji is one of a kind and only made by a company called freelife. that webpage will get you to me or e-mail me at bgbrwniis@yahoo.com if you have more questions. hope this helps----it will!!!
