Have you heard of electrolysis, spa treatments? Are they really effective?!

Question:

Have you heard of electrolysis, spa treatments? Are they really effective?

I was reading about these Electroylsis spa treatments? Were you put your feet in to some warm water that might have added vitamins or aromatherepy. The whole purpose of this is I guess it uses ions to remove toxins from your body.

Final question is it effective or a gimmick?

Answers:

Do you mean Ionic foot cleanse? Yes, they work, neutralized particles are pulled out of your body through the skin via osmosis. Color changes in the water are some of the indicators that toxins are being removed. Non visible effects are more profound. After bathing, the particles, fat and mucous residues found in the water reflect the wastes that have left your body during the 30-minute session. The color of the water at the end of the session will be according to the type of toxins that were removed.
