Any person own a Mind Spa meditation machine or similar?!


Question:

Any person own a Mind Spa meditation machine or similar?

If you have one do you find they actually help to relax into a meditative state as claimed? basically do they work?


Answers:

I used one of these a few years ago. While the music was relaxing, I found the light effects irritating. Far better to relax in a quiet space with a personal stereo. Much cheaper too.
