i have a sore triat and it hurts really bad. any suggestions, remmedies, Anything? Thanks for answering.... ^_^
Answers:
About two-three table spoons of pure table salt with warm/hot water.
It will be EXTREMELY salty.
Gargle it in the back of your throat and DO NOT swallow it. Spit it out and do it in an hour or two if it doesn't ease the pain.
