Does anyone here recommend accupuncture as a remedy?
I have had a bad shoulder pain which doctors have told me is an impingement and the ibuprofen is not workign anymore. i cannot work out like I used to and I am getting very depressed, I need to lift weights, someone recommended I go have accupuncture.

I had acupuncture for my hip. That was over 5 years ago. I wasn't able to work, it hurt to sleep and it put me in a serious state of depression. I had the treatment for approx. a month.. 2 times a week. I am pain free!!
I think acupuncture is the best treatment out there!!! Go try it!!!
