How many enemas a week is too many?
Answers:
It depends how many weeks. I'm taking an enema a day while I fast and it's been 5 days now so far.... I'd think everyday for a couple weeks would be fine but no longer than that or I hear that your muscles may temporarily get week. If your doing it just as maintence maybe once a week MAYBE to twice a month. Theres no problem in enemas other than the weakened muscles.
