I don't want to sound like a smart A__, but a Dentist. If oragel doesn't work, you can take a Bayer low dose 81mg aspirin and place it between you gum and cheek and let it dissolve. Taste nasty but it helps. Last resort, Clove oil. Go to your pharmacy and get a small bottle of clove oil, using a q-tip get a small amount on the end and touch the tooth and gum with the oil. DONT SWALLOW. This will almost instantly numb the tooth. OH it taste absolutely horrible, although it does work well.
