Anyone got any "send me to sleep" remedies (yawwwn)?


Answers:

Don't drink coffee after 11am - seriously, we take caffiene/coffee for granted, but it's quite a potent anti-somnambulist (stops you sleeping)

After a hard day at work, start by having a hot bath (if you've not been at work, try doing a workout before your bath)

Get a small glass beaker filled with ice, pour in an inch of whisky (go for a good single malt if you can afford it - I like Glenmorangie 18 year old, but Glenfiddich, Jamesons etc are good. NOT bells/teachers/grouse - horrible chemical cr*p)

Drink straight or with soda/water (avoid sugary mixers, these'll keep you awake) while smoking a spliff of NICE skunk (not this f*ckin gritweed that's around everywhere)

Of course it's not healthy to do this every day, but a couple of days on the run to help get your routine back in line doesn't hurt
