Does Rhodiola work for anxiety or panic?!


Question:

Does Rhodiola work for anxiety or panic?

I want to know if it has anxiolytic (anti anxiety) properties. Ive seen a little that says it does, and a little that says it makes anxiety worse.
Would like to hear from people whove tried it. Im looking at it as a way off xanax.

I'm not sure about anxiolytic, but Paxil worked wonders for me.
