Can anyone tell me how much Colloidal Silver to use on a 65Kg dog for general health..

Don't.
People turn blue from ingesting colloidal silver - do you want to permanently discolor your dog? Silver has antimicrobial activity in lab studies and on the skin, but it has not been proven to have any internal effect.
For general health, feed your dog better food - not just stuff from bags and cans, but real meat and so on.
