What is the name of the treatment?
Where dried herbs are boiled in oil and water, poured over the head and massaged into the scalp and hair while the client is laid on their back? I have been trying to find this out for ages.I came across it a couple of years ago.
It is apparently a wonderful relaxing treatment and i would like to incorporate this into my own therapies.

The therapy you are thinking of is Ayurveda, where they pour oil onto your crown and 'third eye' chakras. Indian Head Massage is also another holistic therapy based on Ayurvedic medicine. Both these therapies date back to thousands of years and are incredibly relaxing.
