I just went to Kroger and bought "Heinz" brand Apple Cider Vinegar. Is that a good one? Anyone knows which one's the best?

Sorry but Heinz apple cider vinegar won't do you a hoot of good. It's been filtered of all the beneficial nutrients. You need to go to a health food store and buy organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Braggs is the most popular brand. You will see that it is a cloudy brown color and has this slimey stuff in it (don't let it gross you out) called the Mother. That is where all the benefits come from Be sure to shake it up before you use it and keep it refrigerated after opening.
